Apartment 107 is a one bedroom apartment on the first floor of the Tulip residence. Part of the brand new Flora Residence development which is due to be completed in time for the start of the 06/07 winter season, these luxury developments are in the perfect location to enable guests to take advantage of everything that Borovets has to offer.

The apartment is ideally situated being 200m from the pistes, chairlifts and the main bars and restaurants.  The main gondola is 100m downhill from Flora and the many facilities available to guests are right on the doorstep

Our apartment is in the South-east corner of Tulip so guests will be able to take in the morning sun as they survey the piste from the apartment’s two balconies. The apartment is centrally heated and fully furnished and can accommodate four guests with everything you will need for your visit including bedding and full self catering facilities.  Our local representatives will show you round the complex on your arrival and ensure that you are informed of the whereabouts of the facilities available to guests.
